You fixed what I didn't liked about Cultist Simulator and made your own fun thing. I was totally hooked and curious about everything, the mystery is awesome. On a greater scale, I would love to have a game centered around an ever-evolving Homunculus, and less about "survival".

Congrats on the writing and the art is so strong and bold, love the weird style.

Awesome entry. Keep going team ! ❤️

Thanks a lot for such a warm comment. Although it is our first game, we do want to evolve and finish it. Hopefully, we can make it into something interesting and more engaging! And yeah, more Homunculus stuff is definitely coming up!

Great news, looking forward to see more ! Keep us informed :D

Very cool card game! So neat! I love this type of thing. Reminds me of Cultist Simulator.

very nice! got a win on third or forth try, gotta enjoy those singing mushrooms! seems like i haven't even explored all possibilities

lovely art, nice music and the gameplay is fun & intuitive

some minor issues:

  • sound on firefox is broken (music stops for a bit while dragging cards)
  • using explosives for the first time leads to description including something like "getDescription"

also, it'd be nice to have tooltips on card with more info

Glad you liked it! Which version of Firefox do you have?

128.0.3 (on NixOS)

Love the visuals! It's an intriguing puzzle of a game, and a great setting

Thank you! There's much more to explore in terms of setting and emotional connection with the homunculus, hope we get around to it.

I had a lot of fun playing it.

Interesting to pack it in a card like game.
Very interesting choice of gameplay!
At first I was a bit confused how to use the cards.
But it made a lot of fun just by exploring and try things out xD
The moment i got the hang of it, it hooked me for a long time ^.^

I had a lot of fun!
Thanks for the experience!

There's something very intriguing in storytelling with cards on a budget, I guess Voice of Cards was an influence.

Voice of Cards is an Amazing game. Loved it. And yeah i see the inspiration ^.^
Your game also remembered me on the game Cultist Simulator on Steam.
Finding everything out and try to survive the day without getting captured or killed x)

Oh no, I killed it! :'(
